Ouachita River Crossings
County Road 97 at Eagleton
| A small bridge crosses the Ouachita on CR 97 just north of US 270. We drove on over Eagle Gap and followed the little dirt road for about a mile. This is interesting hill country, but we finally decided to come back and photograph the stream at this bridge just in case it was the Ouachita. A pretty young woman had just driven up to a house nearby and I asked her what the stream was and she confirmed that it was the Ouachita. |
